Who ya got?
Who ya got?
Seahawks obv, care to make it interesting?
Don't think this will be a repeat performance of last year. This game should be close. Not even going to attempt to bet considering any weakness the Pats might have will be evened out by an outstanding game plan by Coach B. Two weeks for him to prepare should almost be illegal.
Just on a whim I will take Pats 27-21. I expect Gronk to have a big game.
Gronko only pawn in game of life.
I hate this matchup. I will prob wind up putting 50 on New England because Brady going after 4th SuperBowlWin and is highly motivated. Seattle does so many things well including their awesome coach.
I can't believe that the Patriots are a -1 point favorite, the Seahawks should be a huge favorite to win the Super Bowl.
Seahawks are the 12th defending champion to reach the Super Bowl. Of the previous 11, eight went on to repeat as champs.
New England Patriots must realize that they are no longer the heroes but they are now the villians.
Seattle Seahawks need to keep needling Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and company that they are fucking cheaters and deserve to be punished.
someone please give me odds on NE winning by over 9.5
I open to taking it.
The NFL's stance on this is bullshit. Is this really great for both the player and the media?
Why not allow for a couple players on each team to be unavailable to the media?
Seahawks.
I'm having a SB party so if anybody is in northern Alberta & wants to attend PM me.

I think these 5 Super Bowls were decided by 3,3,3,3 and 4 points or something like that. I think this game vs. Seattle could very well be the same.
Really not feeling like one team is going to win for any particular reason. That said I think the Patriots will put all of there eggs into shutting down Lynch but more important than that IMO is keeping Wilson in the pocket as best they can. If they can contain Lynch or even let him run a little bit and keep Wilson from getting outside and moving the sticks via run and broken play passes then I think they will be able to win this game. They have been bad vs the run at times this year but they are usually great at situational football. If they get an early lead and make Wilson chuck it from in the pocket most of the game they will have a good shot.
Have no idea how New England plans to attack The Legion of Boom but my guess is a lot of quick stuff. Pre planned from the snap quick snap, quick play action fakes and throwing to targets. They won't run to the outside because they aren't stupid as most teams are. I see teams constantly running sweeps etc vs Seattle and they get swallowed up because that defense is just too quick.
It will be also interesting to see the formations they come up with and how they plan to use Gronkowski and will they attack Sherman somehow? I don't think they will plan to throw at him obv but I also don't think they will shy away from him either. He will get tested at some point.

Line is a dead pickem at Pinnacle right now. I like the under in this game which is sitting around 47.5
I will bet at halftime based on the theme of the elite's rituals during katy perry's halftime performance.
Why is Lynch such a weirdo? Besides all the fines, this gimmick will cost him alot more money in the long run. No team is going to be willing to deal with him in a few years when hes no longer elite.
I prefer iconoclast to weirdo, but dude definitely marches to the beat of his own drummer.
Beast won't be playing in a few years so it really doesn't matter. He could retire this off-season, and if not I don't see him playing more than 1 more year, two max. At that point he's 30 and it's lights out for running backs anyway.
Some people I knew lost huge $ on that first NE/NYG Super Bowl.
NE was like -440 moneyline and they went big on it.
I thought it was a mistake but didn't say anything because these guys bet NFL all the time, and I didn't aside from teasers, so I knew they wouldn't believe me.
I just noticed that, starting from the end of the season, NE was looking less and less dominant, and cracks were starting to show. This trend continued through the playoffs, but NE squeaked through.
The Giants were going the opposite direction, and seemed to be gaining momentum.
I wasn't sure if they could beat NE, but I sure as hell wasn't going to lay -440 on the Patriots. Almost made a moneyline bet on the Giants but chickened out.
When the upset occurred, I wasn't at all surprised.
I like the first half under. We saw Seattle offensive start the last game and Brady is going to need some time to figure out LOB so I think a slower start. think most super Bowls start off slow anyway with jitters on the big stage.
This looks like the best match up in a long long time due to coaches, NE O and LOB, Beast , etc.
For the most part I think the PI flags wil be kept in the refs pockets.... except
You can kill video the second Stephen A Smith opens his mouth
If you think Sherman questioning Goodell's integrity will go unpunished then you have more faith in human nature than I do.
An informal request passed down the line to have the refs focus on a few of Sherman's moves should do it.
I like Sherman for the most part and Goodell is a weasel lawyer but questioning a man's integrity in such a massive public forum ain't smart.
