Without fail, ramen noodles have always had my back on late nights when i've got nothing else to eat or don't feel like eating left-overs etc... I've always made my ramen noodles in the exact same fashion time after time and finally want to make a change. My methodology consists of peas, the packaged noodles (chicken flavor), an additional herb, and a pinch of lime. Recently, a friend of mine made ramen noodles with pieces of shrimp and it was pretty fucking good; this experience was a catalyst for this thread and further exploration of ramen varieties....
What is your preferred brand of ramen? Nissin, Top Ramen, etc???
What do you add to your noodles?
Also, with the exception of ugaistheteam, most people can afford ramen noodles, so I am interested in everyone's input on this crucial topic.
