I might take some flack for starting this thread, but we seem to have a pretty decent amount of cannabis connoisseur's on this site, and I am genuinely curious about this.

What are your favorite strains, and for what occasion? For example, what do you like to vape/ingest/smoke when you want to sit back, relax and watch a movie or your favorite TV show?

Also, what seems to be popular in your area or places you have visited?

Obv pictures are welcome as well.

I have found a wonderful strain of Chem Dawg that I am loving right now. That, Dream Queen and Lemon Haze have been my go to as of late. Lemon Haze will put you on your ass, while the other two are a pretty energetic high.

The party line is that its extinct, incredibly. Every so often, someone pops up on the radar who has a private brood stock but I've never been in any position to capitalize on it. I've seen shit advertised as chocolate thai in dispensaries on a few occasions and its always bullshit, some assclown mixing indica and sativa and swearing it has some chocolate thai genes in it, meanwhile the bud is lime green and super dense.

If I ever get to Vietnam, I'll head west and see what's available near the border I guess. I've considered making a plea to the legal powers in Thailand for access to any confiscated seeds but honestly, 100 to 1 they say yes, bust me anyway, then bleed my family dry for ten years in exchange for my release.

Had a nice time with Girl Scout Cookie the last time I was in Colorado, belated thanks to Weiss for the plug. Also had my first and probably last experience with 'shatter'. That shit is too much imo.

I've never been a strain snob, as long as it's a certain level I can't really tell a difference, aside from sativa/indica/hybrid obv. I have always been blessed with a super low tolerance.

That being said, the only exemptions where I could definitely tell a difference were Strawberry Cough, OG Kush and Sweet Tooth Cinderella.

Also, GDP or purple urkel if it is the old variety before it has been crossbred too much.

G13 is also a very good strain
