The same guy behind it (Jay Ishimaru) is the one who created the lolbad "Full House with Johnny Chan", featuring Chico Loco among others.

Many of the clips you see were filmed in 2012.
Even Chico Loco appears. So does the "Queen of Hearts", so does "The Bully", and even that 50-year-old clueless fish that everyone keeps beating.
No wonder he deleted Full House with Johnny Chan.
If Chico Loco isn't getting royalties for the reuse of his likeness, I am going to be beyond pissed.
