Congrats on the score. Gotta say I can't blame you for ditching the Rover, and even more pleased you're picking up a Wrangler. The one you showed is a leaf-sprung YJ, and looks really nice, but you really want to get on your knees and check the frame rails in two or three spots...one is behind the steering gear on the driver's side, and the other is on both sides behind the center point of the rear axle. Tap it with a small ball-peen hammer if you have one available, it will sound soft and won't reverberate if the frame is shit. Another spot to check, but much more difficult to do so is under the skid plate that holds the transmission/transfer case to the frame.
Any weakness here is an extremely valid reason to RUN away from it. I don't care how good the body looks, or how well it drives, if your frame takes a dump on you while you're bajaing down the coast, you will likely not remain upright.
I've got a coil-sprung TJ (2000) set up for rock crawling that I absolutely love. I go out to Moab Utah once a year wheeling and it's always a blast and breathtaking scenery. My rig is the white one.

Just like you gave up opiates, I gave up reckless gambling around late 2009. Outside of the occasional trip to a casino or the occasional big sports bet which I make like once a year, I rarely bet more than a couple thousand in a year playing card games, if that. Unless you have a deep math background, its a sucker's game. I realize I am not part of the 2% that makes money playing cards. I took 5 expensive years in the 2000s to realize that, but I get it.

I wouldn't touch a Mexican Bank if I were you. I think most of the "pros" who left the country don't use mexican banks much either.
Best bet is when you go to a San Diego try and open a bank account at a major bank. Find a buyer on 2+2 who is very well known and reliable and sell the $$$ for a bank transfer from them
Or talk to BBB. I'm sure he knows the best ways to go about this

What exactly happened to you? I get the fact you had a stroke, but what does that mean? You able to get around or wheel chair bound? Also why do you need pain meds? Curious is all.
Curious on the warning signs? I think about things like strokes, heart attacks, aneurisms from time to time and wondering what the warning signs are? My BMI is very good and my BP is routinely in the 120s / 80s, blood sugars levels near perfect. Every now and then I get a little dizzy and wondering if a stroke might be kicking in. I dunno. Just looking for warning signs.
If all else fails and you can hold out until Jan 2016. Buy the PCA package and when you're there, there will be hundreds of PS players you can make trades with for cash.
