I can see Sony's point here, that stuff really was stolen, not fake stolen like most celeb sex tapes, that they market like it wasn't their idea. This really is stolen property and anybody reposting it is most likely actionable.

Would love to hear hongkongers take on this.

But FTR I love when shit like this comes out and now you guys can see how Oz works behind the curtain. Everyone is so surprised, and i'm just in affirmation heaven.

Is there a pastebin file somewhere that contains all the emails? I was actually curious to see some of them, but dont know where the trove of them is being kept online.

While reading "The Saddest Email", I couldn't help but notice that Paul Reiser's attorney is none other than Jeff Finkelstein.

    Any relation?

The producers of James Bond films have acknowledged that an early version of the screenplay for the new movie "SPECTRE" was among the material stolen in the massive cyberattack on Sony Pictures Entertainment.

New Bond Script Leaks: Execs Scrambling to Fix Awful Ending
    http://defamer.gawker.com/new-bond-s...79885/+maxread

Sony green-lit a $300 million movie with an awful script and crappy ending.

Sony's attempt to block publication of hacked documents would probably not find support in courts, experts say
First Amendment lawyers said that any attempt to block further publication of the material was likely to fail, and crisis management specialists said the effort could do Sony more harm than good.
"So long as media outlets didn't participate in the illegal taking of the information, they are protected in using the information in any way they see fit"
Update: Gawker has now received the legal notice from Sony, and will continue to report on the breach.
