Dan Druff versus Yebsite limit holdem heads up match on NoFraud Online Poker

I am going to play a heads-up match against Yebsite. The game will be limit hold 'em.

I will record the match and let everyone see my holecards (but not his) for every hand.

It will take place on NoFraud Online Poker at a date/time to be announced.

This will not be a match for real money. We will be playing on the NoFraud site for play chips.

However, Yebsite has sent me $100 in exchange for the work involved in setting this up. If he wins, I will send him $200 (his original $100 back plus another $100) out of respect for being able to beat me.

The match will be in a freezeout format. We will both start with a fixed number of chips, and the first one to bust loses.

Yes, but I need to find some software that will allow me to do this. I have never made live videos of my computer screen, and while I'm sure it's easy find software that does that, it might be a bit harder for it to also record the microphone. I guess I could do a soundtrack later, but that might become time consuming.

Any suggestions for software to do this would be appreciated.

Half the reason I'm doing this, by the way, is to show everyone that the match is on the level, and that I have no unfair advantage (since NoFraud is affiliated with this site). The other half is just to let everyone see my thinking process for my play in limit hold 'em.

FYI I am a better 3-6 handed limit player than heads up player, but I still think people will find my play/commentary interesting.

Aweome, I love the commentary idea. Kinda like recording (but not broadcasting) radio, and then matching the audio up with the video. (doesn't seem like it should be that hard to do).

By the way Druff, any comments re my LHE Borgata trip report I posted in the "Poker & Blackjack Strategy" forum back in April? The silence in there is deafening! (not from just you, but anyone who knows a thing or two about LHE)

I would challenge you to this title. I really don't understand the game. I watched ruabot run over kidpoker and just can't understand the game at all. I'll play you on PFA or Stars for real money. Stars is the only site i'm loaded up on.

Use Camtasia or equivalent. There was a recent thread discussing just this.

I'd love to get in line for this also just for fun. I haven't played much HU limit, none for the past year, and was primarily a NL player. You can lay me 1.5 to 1, and donate the $50 to a future radio tourney in the very unlikely event that I win. This is good advice. All you need with Camtasia is a good mic. If you have a decent video camera you can use that camera's microphone.

CamStudio is a more basic screen capture software and I believe it's free.

I had a Megaupload link for a free copy of Camtasia, not the most recent version but you don't need the most recent version. However, I just checked the link and the FBI seizure logo is still up at Megaupload.

Still, you should be able to find a safe link for a free copy of an older version of Camtasia. If not, I think Camtasia offers a free trial. Plus, there are cracks available for Camtasia.

I just think it would be interesting to compare and contrast styles between a consistant 4-8 8-16 10-20 player compared to a higher limit player like Druff.
