AMERICA'S CARDROOM--WHAT WOULD DRUFF DO?

So I enter a "50k freeroll super satellite" today guaranteeing 6 seats. I take 1st (sick brag) and get put into a 25k Satellite guaranteeing 6 seats. Get on chat line to ask why only 25k when lobby said 50k. Here is my convo after I asked the question:

ACR Rep: when did you play the freeroll? your account's records show the last freeroll played yesterday and that
freeroll was cancelled.

Me: just a few minutes ago. Its shows in My Tournaments. I took 1st place.

ACR: Let me check. It seems that the tournament landed the winners (in this case you) on another tournament which will play at 4:15 EST

Me: How does that happen?

ACR: we would need to investigate to see if its a server error or a game incorrectly set

Me: Very misleading to players and not right

ACR: We apologize for the inconvenience

Me: This is not an inconvenience--its is fraudulent! We should be compensated in some fashion

ACR: This is a tournament mismatch that can be easily corrected. You have a $6 seat to the OSS event satellite or we can remove this seat and credit you 5.5 tournament bucks instead.

Me: Being a new player to this site I don't know what to do right now. If I unregister myself will the tourney $ automatically be credited or is that something you need to do?

ACR: The system won't let you unregister from a game you were satellited into we can unregister you from your current seat and credit you the entry originally offered by the freeroll you played.

Me: Im not happy about it not being 50kGTD Freeroll as was displayed. I will take a chance I guess. Thanks for your time. This was a big fail as far as Im concerned and with all the disconnect issues I may have to rethink playing on this site.

SO.............

I play the satty which turns out to be another satty to another satty (all with re-buys for 12 levels and add-ons). I kept getting disconnected but the only one that hurt me was when I was dealt KK in 1st position and immediately got disconnected before I could bet. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!! So now I am pissed but as it worked out they gave away 10 seats and $20 cash for 11th (which I won by the way). Wonder how I would have done in a 50k GTD. Oh well Druff taught me to make the call to complain which I normally wouldn't waste the time doing. Does that make me a Jew?

Not sure if you can do anything on the promised guarantee part since you win a seat that has a value and if they value you won is what they are willing to credit you then as shady as it is with the guarantee part showing you got a seat to half of a tournament you thought you can't really do much.

It's misleading for sure but the seat value of what you won is what it is and the guarantee for that tournament is sort of different if they had a misprint and are willing to refund you the money in tournament bucks.

As for all these disconnects the past few days well don't get me started on that lol
