Pretty big beatdown, though so far there hasn't been a shocking win on either side. Most were predicting a 52-48 Senate win for Republicans. That's what it looks like it will be, but there are a few close ones left to where they could possibly get more.

I actually haven't kept up closely with his site because InTrade doesn't exist anymore, and because he posts a lot of garbage like 'who makes the best burrito'. I've just been following his senate forecast and he kept nudging it in favor of the GOPHe predicted a 9 point Dem win in MD gov race, with 96% odds to win. Gop'er is gonna win by at least 8.

Nailbiter still in Virginia roughly 10k at this point but the two real shockers are the GOP taking down the Mass and Illinois Gov mansions..
That was hardly a shocker. Illinois isn't that blue of a state to begin with, and the polling indicated that it would be a very tight race. I was hoping the Democrats would retain control of the senate, but I still voted for the Republican Governor in Illinois.

This is actually a blessing in disguise for the Democrats. The Republicans will inevitably fail in delivering anything since they ran on an anti-Obama platform, rather than offering any rational and/or creative ideas. The economy has been fine, in fact, it has been great... the total market index at 17,3xx, Nasdaq at an all time high, and unemployment is irrelevant (but Obama has done well on this front as well). Ultimately, the Democratic Presidential candidate in 2016 will point to the failure that is Ted Cruz, Mitch Mcconell (sp?), and the rest of the teabaggers.
Looks like my county (FAIRFAX COUNTY) is making up for the FAIL that is SOUTHERN VA.

Fairfax County has been blue for last decade plus.. All the conservatives moved West and South due to increasing housing prices and sick of the influx of illegals and the county's refusal to do anything about it. They'd do Virginia a great favor let Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria go join the Socialist State of Maryland and leave the rest of the state alone. Virginia as a whole is a red state primarily its the deep blue around the beltway and richmond (due to high number of welfare minority receiptants) that do their damndest to cancel out the crimson.
