There is a reason the Detroit game is good value as you say and that is nobody has a fucking clue on who of the two teams will win.
The Denver game on the other hand I will give them 85% chance to win.

I might look at things the wrong way but to me its more important to win bets with not so good value, not loose bets with good value

I agree with with. Particularly important as the bankroll does not allow betting value in sufficient volume to overcome variance.
