I've seen used 2 seater kayaks here for as little as 1000 pesos or so (less than 80 bucks)
went fishing off the beach yesterday for halibut, but it was like pissing in the wind...couldn't cast the lure out far enough because of a pretty strong southwestern breeze coming in.
