I just have one pick today, and it's once again versus the Cubs. Sorry big dick. They're just awful.
Pittsburgh (Musgrove) +116 at Cubs (Quintana)
These are two pitchers going opposite directions. Musgrove has long been thought to have potential to be good, and there's some belief (including from his first start) that he will finally show some of that in 2019, rather than his toiling in mediocrity as he has in the last 3 seasons.
Quintana got absolutely bombed in his last start, and some believe his career is on the verge of ending. Even the Cubs don't want to start him, but it's either him or the lousy Tyler Chatwood in the 5th spot, so they're sticking with Quintana for now.
