For sure I can do that going forward. I typically post the plays right after I bet them. Sometimes I am on my phone at a rest stop a few miles from the George Washington Bridge tbh. It looks like I’ll have a better setup in the next few weeks.

Last few weeks I have been pretty torn on what/if to play. But that is something I can do San, which I think is good for me as well. I never posted picks anywhere prior to PFA, so I appreciate you letting me know how it can be presented better.

As for the other sports, that may come back soon. But it won’t be Football. My weakest sport for sure, particularly College where the money is to be made. Maybe from growing up in the Northeast where it just never was in my blood to follow. Or maybe just being lazy. Think I got thrashed enough Saturdays when I was young and dumb(er) and just said fuck it.

You mean the SEC plus Texas, Oklahoma, ND, OSU, Michigan and one other team to make 20?

Not going to happen. OSU and Michigan rule the Big Ten and would just be in the top half of the SEC in terms of influence and money. Can’t speak for the others. The Big Ten might try to expand to 16 but not with ND who has rejected them 3 times already. The Big Ten has the biggest TV contact if any conference. Sure this 20 team super conference would blow that out of the water, but Texas, OSU and Michigan would probably end up getting less of a cut than they do now.

Imagine the CFP with all teams coming from that one super conference and all having played each other already. How boring.
agree with your sentiment re: OSU/MICH...going from top fiddles to middling players at best...but daly is right, all about the benjis...if (probably more like when) that superconference TV deal comes in it will rival NFL money so they'll be getting a smaller piece of a much larger pie...that's all these fuckers give a shit about...they dont give a shit that nobody will be clamoring for MICHIGAN v. LSU...

5*s gotta go somewhere and they all cant go to BAMA/FLA, etc...so that sorta talent will be there for OSU and MICH to still get...

Would have guessed it but it wasn’t clear to me at first either…. Guess we can chalk this up to an old dog learning a new trick in today’s slightly more complicated baseball wagering rules world.

A two team first 5 innings parlay, which is listed pitchers by default, will not morph into a no action event but instead becomes a stright bet.

White Sox (Rodon) at Milwaukee (Woodruff) - Under 24 RHE -135
    Woodruff or Burnes?

    Either way both good
Doh. I knew it was Burnes but types Woodruff. In my defense, I woulda bet this with Woodruff, too.

Anyway, final score 6-1, with 21 RHE, so...

The game under would've tied, thanks to a late Rowdy Tellez (rememebr him?) HR.

Give me Lee6 +100 because why the fuck not
This would be a real close tournament if it weren’t for Lee6. The last tournament was a runaway and Hatoaka didn’t have to play Sunday. This week they’ll play and I’ll be routing for you to get this home. She did what she had to do. Nullifying the three bogeys by making birdie on 3/4 Par 5s and picking up three more strokes to keep a 6 stroke lead.

I had a look at this one and was surprised going into moving day sites had Jutanugarn around +350 and Lydia I saw anywhere from +2200-+2500. Given the fact that some top players (World Number 1 &2) had struggled around par for the opening two rounds. It was almost as if the books were enticing bets against Lee6. It seemed possible she could shoot par or just over it and the pack would tighten. Didn’t happen…No surprise you were all over it.

Lydia had another clean card but didn’t make up any ground on Lee6. I may try and get some money down on her for the olympics if I can find a good number. Most places have it off right now. I just can’t imagine the original odds of Nelly +700 and J Ko +1000 hold after how they performed this week, particularly J Ko. What I like about Lydia now is she isn’t dropping shots. Her cards seem to be pretty steady. Pars and Birdies. Seems to be trending like she did after coming second at the ANA. Her popularity is going to have an effect on her odds so the journey for value begins.

We knew we were lucky for J Ko to hang on a few weeks ago but she has totally hit the skids this week. She made the cut(short field event) but now sits 4th to last. I don’t think I would bet her at +2000 for the Olympics forget about +1000.
Lol holy shit “wish I had more” indeed. What a total bed shit even if she does hang on.

Rahm tested positive for Covid AGAIN. He’s out of the olympics. He was around 5-1. If you had your bets in early on others congrats. Morikawa is now favored going from 10-1 to 7-1. Bryson out as well. More wide open without Rahm, but prices on the other top contenders all have gone down.

So the problem with all of this is we have zero to go on at this course. Seems like a long hitters delight but the local write ups suggest it’s more a tee to green course.

So even if we had the window open with Rham at the top and better odds for the rest of us….. who would you take?

    I have no idea

I am leaning JT. As he can hit it long enough off the tee and is the second best approach guy after Morikawa. Obviously very streaky and this year has been emotional for him. But he thrives in team play and I think playing for the US ( Not the same but some similarities as you are not just playing for yourself in a sense) may give him a lift he needs. So a bit of remorse not shipping in on him early.

With what we got to go by I think that’s where I’m going.

Would be a perfect storyline for a US gold metal winning athlete to be beat known for being a homophobe in 2021.

    Rockies 2
    Dodgers 1

Once the “good” Gray (Rockies) leaves in the 5th and people are sufficiently bored of LAD we might see something approaching even live odds. The Rockies bullpen is horrific.

It’s kind of obvious and Dodgers aren’t a lock to win but I’m planning a Todger bet

I did this and wish I posted now but it was filled with a disrespect for over-hyped Dodger prospects & it was more a means of personal expression than legitimate wagering.

    Colorado Rockies team total over 1½ -128 for 1st 5 Innings W

Speaking of over-hyped Dodger pitching prospects. There is a legitimate NL Cy Young argument for Urias. It’ll never happen as nonsense like Buehler steals potential Urias votes. This is a shocking sentence coming from me.

    That sucks

    Bottom 5th
    Colorado 2
    Dodgers 1

…Good Gray has 95 pitches…. 1 out and Taylor (top of order) comes up with 1HR already. I started to scale in small to build my position

    Taylor hits another HR. 2-2

I get a consolation prize. It’s Dodgers -185 now. Oh, well

    Winner pizza is on me

@San, this is one of those weeks where your take on Golf outrights is well taken. The LPGA winner was I guess possible to have… but the PGA, Euro PGA & the Champions Tour winners essentially impossible to have pre-flop. Books cleaned up.

One of my leaks is if I put in a lot of work and it doesn’t pan out. Tilt is a threat. I expect to be rewarded for my effort. I blame it on my upbringing.

Marry that with an event that takes so long and endlessly teases you. That, my friends, is a recipe of a debilitating mental health issue.

I’m not saying golf can’t be beat preflop or otherwise. I’m saying I’m not tall enough for basketball nor strong enough mentally for golf.

    I CAN do push ups.

A mans gots to know his limitations.
