This is an inverse Druff play
Druff got me involved in a 40+ point Nets beat down. At the core of his handicap Druff saw Kyrie was suspended and somehow saw that as a negative.
I’ll heal and perhaps grow as an individual having learned from the experience. Kyrie is cancer. I forgot
The Nets fired Steve Nash and just announced their new coach. We all know the “new coach” “fresh start” spot.
Try to grab a stale -3 Nets or ML parlay.
Dear lord I’m doing NBA. I’m sick despite being self aware
Massachusetts passed legalized wagering and I’ve been committed to winding up sports wagering before I get caught in offshore being blocked. I also can’t imagine I’ll ever bet legalized juice. I’m never getting involved in betting credit. Chasing money and credit limits is not ever gonna occupy my thoughts.
I just learned that I have til the end of January before brick and mortar sportsbooks go live. Online end of March.
Betonline has taken a gigantic step backward with live wagering. I suspect they changed providers, who knows. Their offerings are very very limited in hockey this year. That is where I ate. The other sports are pretty lame too. Baseball batter props disappeared as another example - not that I would bet those except when position players pitched.
I need to break out of my inertia and deposit some bookmaker.
My memory of bookmaker multiple live services was that I was always in a panic shopping between them during a hockey game. Huge stress. One of the services looked like a Level II stock page with depth - too much to process at lightning speed. NHL is not football with 30 seconds between plays. But that’s the edge, I guess. I can get into my thought process live NHL sometime.
Really "feels' like Josh Allen is going to be out this week.
Woah line is now down to 3.5 from 5.5 so yeah think we are trending that way.
Canes -110 vs Florida
Vancouver Montreal over 1P live when it hits 1.5. Revisit PsuOtto Twitter Simp for stats. I just can’t bet 2’s over. I’m showing my age. Maybe the day is coming.
NCAAF:
Central Michigan -2 -116 vs Buffalo (-2.5 -110 ok)
In fact, I'm throwing another pick into the mix involving that game, making it brutal to sweat.
Central Michigan vs Buffalo - Under 53.5 -112 (53 -110 ok)
Time to expand my horizons.
NCAA Basketball
Used to bet it years ago but I quit.
Here's my first pick of the year:
LSU vs University of Missouri KC - Under 137
NBA:
Cleveland at Sacramento - Over 228
Utah at Altanta - Over 229
Split the Central Michigan NCAAF picks (spread barely won, under lost)
Tied the LSU under in NCAAB, which was lucky given how it was losing the whole way
Won the Utah NBA over
Sac NBA over looked good at 1H but starting a bit slow in the 2nd half
Celtics fans will preach any team is instantly better w/o Kyrie. They’ve been crushing. Needed that to offset my hockey loss last night.
Boston Bruins -½ +135 for 1st Period
Boston 10-2-1 1P. McAvoy back (hip surgery) and that’s actually a negative in my mind. Boston is 11 of 13 w/o him and I don’t need his team mates laying back and watching … not to mention the line shuffling he will cause. We soldier on in the face of these threats.
I did Philly, Devils & Bruins ML last night at much better prices. I really don’t see any value now. NHL gets more efficient month by month. Too many eyes.
Simp, tell me to bet Coyotes +243 @ Islanders and I will. Both are off 2 Wins. Vej in net and I was all over him & Wedgewood last season. They had no defense whatsoever but Coyotes are improved yet still carrying a dreadful image.
Coyotes are in the middle of a long road trip.
I might have fucked up on Bruins.
I completely forgot about the Mitchell Miller fiasco. Miller was a prospect that the Arizona Coyotes signed. Then it was revealed that for a decade Miller was bullying a regarded black kid in school. The Coyotes dropped him.
The Bruins asked the players what they thought about the situation. They said, “no way”. Bruins signed anyway. Big shit storm in press and they too bounced Miller.
Now I don’t want to antagonize alt right PFA. I’m just pointing out the Bruins players are bullshit and their might be a bad locker room at the moment.
I just got a Bruins hard on with the numbers and fired.
I’d kinda stay away if I were you.
Cam Neely was a hell of a player but he isn’t very bright. He’s prolly about to be fired. Bruins definitely win the day he’s canned.
Flyers -105. Missed better line
Redwings +134. They got robbed by me Jake Allen (and me) on Tuesday.
Edmonton vs Carolina. I dare you to pronounce the likely starter for Carolina: Pyotr Kochetkov
over 6.5 -120 for me. Campbell is good for at least 3 of them.
I don't love Arizona and the Islanders are decent at home. But that is a nice price and +EV.
Mickael Vick abused and killed a bunch of dogs then went on to get a huge contract and is now a host on Fox NFL Sunday. Nobody seems to mind. Tyreek Hill and Kareem Hunt did really bad things. These were all adults. Miller was a child. I think the Bruins will soldier on just fine.
Weird 0-0-1 start to my 2020s NCAAB career.
But okay.
Here's another -- a dog which you have plenty of time to bet. Moneyline it at your own peril, but I'm sticking to the spread on this one.
Georgia Southern +12 at Santa Clara
And here's a NCAAB total:
UC Riverside at Loyola -Marymount - Over 138.5
Lillard is out today, Nurkic is hurting and questionable, and Grant is also hurting and questionable.
Looks like a good time to fire against the Blazers, even with the ugly line.
New Orleans -8.5 vs Portland
You guys are going to laugh, but I thought it was Wednesday so I didn't look at the NFL lines.
Then I looked after the game had already started and realized 100% I would've gone with Carolina moneyline. And it's up 10-0 in the second.
Damnit.
Instead I'm stuck with this shitty New Orleans NBA pick (tie game, needing to win by 9), and two lol NCAAB picks on minor games.
