Monfils lost in a 5th set tie breaker. That’s about as close as it gets. But at 2:1 odds preflop it shouldn’t have been that close either.
Monfils was 10 years older than his opponent and looked a little gassed. That’s what makes tennis a little different than other sports. How many games have you played so far? How tired are you?
