The lakers ineptitude the books have very much caught on to. There isn’t much public basketball money in November, and I am guessing the sharps were destroying the books fading the lakers and they just had to lower the lines accordingly.

54-48 with 1:52 left. OKC stops scoring, Washington scores 8 straight to end half to win it 56-54, and down goes my bet.

I've really run the worst possible this NBA season. Pretty big favorite to win a 1H bet with my team up 6 with less than 2m remaining (and up 10 with 5:25 remaining). Can't even fucking tie.

SA/BOS has 35 points at 1:14 left in 1st. If I don't win that U213.5, it might be time to give up.

I split the totals bets. Neither were close.

So yeah, that awful OKC collapse at the end of the 2nd was what fucked me for the day. Funny enough, OKC hung tough for the 2nd half and barely lost. So it really was only that one period at the end of the 2nd where they fell apart. Only consolation is that a moneyline bet on the game would have also lost.

That Laker game was crazy. Kept waiting (in dread) for the Lakers to pull away and cover which is normally what happens in OT games when you got the dog, but it never happened.

But yeah, I have been guilty of not believing in the Warriors either. I haven't bee betting against them, but I also haven't been riding them either. At some point you just have to believe they are who their record says they are.

Lebron in the last minute of a close game just isn't very good, to the point he is a liability. He can't (or at least won't) drive by anyone anymore and get a layup or get to the line, so it is just these long, contested stepbacks, and he doesn't shoot them nearly well enough to make it a good play.

Lakers were actually more dangerous in the end of game situations when Russ was running pick and roll with AD.

I was aware every damn dollar in America was on Ohio State. However, the line stood firm at 7/7½. The books held firm despite their huge ass exposure. I have always felt Harbaugh was kind of a fraud but I still took Mich +7. on the fishy as fuck line last night. This is simple stuff that even I can understand.
