Todd and I are in talks to bring me back as co-host. But as we are too close to the show this week and a deal has not yet been done, there will be no radio this week. Negotiations are expected to go into the wee hours throughout the week.

Filthy city of Las Vegas gave my girlfriend strep throat, and me a horrible cold which has brought symptoms of body aches, fatigue, sore throat, and an intensification of my normal tension headaches.
So that's why.
Benjamin somehow skated away with 1 night's fever and a quick recovery.
Been a lousy week. Woke up hourly last night from headache pain, until finally at 5am it became too intense to continue sleeping. I took a Victodin, continued sitting in pain, and watched "Gimme a Break" episodes on YouTube for 2 1/2 hours. I wish I could say I was joking.
I think I will be well enough to do radio by Tuesday, but I can't promise it, as occasionally these things will drag for 2 weeks.
But yes, I really want to talk about Pokerstars' recent shenanigans. I guess it will have to wait at least another 5 days.
And in case you're wondering, I chose "Gimme a Break" because I needed a show that was easy to watch without thinking or paying attention, and I haven't seen it in reruns for at least 20 years, so it almost felt new to me.
Poor Nell Carter first went broke, then died at age 54.
Show kinda jumped the shark when Joey Lawrence joined the cast, though. It double jumped when Matthew Lawrence joined, and they moved the setting to New York.

Curious where would you set the line at for the number of times you get medium to fully sick per year??
Do you consider that number to be high, low or average vs your demographic?
Do you take any kind of immune boosting supplements besides pepsi??

Adults get 2-3 colds per year on average.
Children get 6-12 colds per year (!!)
Not sure about older children or teenagers, but that's not important here.
There is an incorrect perception here that I get sick all the time, because I have to announce it every time it happens because I end up canceling radio as a result. When everyone else here gets sick, they don't typically post about it, because they have no reason to do so.
I also have added exposure to getting sick due to playing in casinos and having a young child.
For a 3-year period, starting from the beginning of 2011 through near the end of 2013, I actually did well with not getting sick. The worst I had were a few minor colds which dissipated quickly and didn't present major symptoms.
Over the past 10 months I've had some issues, but that's just negative variance.
I only drink 1 can of Pepsi on most days.
You can convert to Judaism like Nell, but it doesn't mean you'll be good with money.
