Yeah I'm pissed because the ability to reload died first, and I busted on the button, tried to reload, and it just spun that wheel and did nothing. So basically I wasted 4 hands at 30-60 after paying the blinds thanks to this bullshit.

I would have accepted this if the whole thing just crashed, but for only the reload part to be broken was bullshit. Then I closed it and restarted and whole thing was down.

I had them send me cash in an envelope. When it arrived it was literally Monopoly money. When I called support they were not helpful. I felt ashamed that I had made such poor decisions. I also didnt know if a website existed where I could report this, so I just let it go.

As an aside, I still play there too
