i dont go to skatz so i don't know the details, but cards speak, so if both hands were tabled all you have to do is ask the floorman to go to the tape. The trick is to do whatever it takes to stop the action and make a floorman come over immediately. Even if this means grabbing the pot or the cards yourself. Don't let the dealer push the pot to the player and start dealing the next hand while you are frantically trying to find a floorman and bring them over. Then things become much tougher to sort through, and they can escalate in the wrong way, and next thing you know you are getting booted out and banned for being disruptive.
I learned this the hard way and it cost me a $1500 pot.
