This is ridiculous. Not sure of the exact probability, but we're likely in the zillions here.

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

Did he win those 3 tournaments in a row, or did he enter others and lose in between?
Obviously an amazing feat either way, but 3 consecutive wins would be MUCH more amazing and odds-defying.
I wonder if Terrence Chan is jealous.
It's a highly improbable feat, but not as much as people seem to think.
Someone calculated the probability of him doing this as 1 in 348 billion, which is technically true, but misleading. If you assume that everyone in the Sunday Kickoff (or most of them) also played the other 2 events, then the chances of any one of those people winning all 3 events are about 1 in 200 million. And that's just because we're only talking about those exact 3 tournaments. If that set of people had played an average of 10 big tournaments that day, the chances of one of those people winning 3 tournaments would be even likelier. Perhaps 1 in a million.
Tens of thousands of players buy in to thousands of tournaments every week on Pokerstars. Flukes like this are almost inevitable.
