So Joe Rogan keeps talking about these Warrior Bars made from buffalo on his radio show. I got some of them yesterday and they are fucking awesome. Highly recommended .

Anytime you want to cut through all the bullshit just look at the nutrition facts. Which are pretty much the same as every other protein bar out there. Still has the fat. Still has the sugar. And while 14g of protein is decent considering the total calories, nothing to write home about. I had one and it was disgusting. I also ordered a box of something else and it showed up as 1 total, so I ordered 1 box and 1 item and was charged for shipping on both. Onnit refunded thedifference between 1 item and 1 box but wouldnt do anything on the shipping. In the end i got ripped off and both tasted like shit.
It's based on a food called Pemmican that native americans have eaten for over 1000 years when they go on hunting trips. The ancient version was dried bison or deer meet and cranberries or other native berries all stuck together with bone marrow or fat.

I never usually get this stuff (proteen bars) but I may buy a few of the kettle bells from his company, I take coldfx two per day and haven't been sick with a cold for more than a year, maby just lucky, I also take a mushroom compound every day which is suppose to be good for your immune system.
Much of this stuff is derived from chineese herbal medicine which has been in use for hundreds of years, not sure about the science but if it makes you feel better or even placebo effect I think it's ok.
As always it is a good idea to do some research before getting into this stuff, and see a herbalist to help with dosages.
We take some of this and are all very active and healthy.
It helps to be from a superior gene pool as well...... Sorry muck you out of luck I guess
