56-year-old Joseph Levine was murdered at his Las Vegas home.

Definitely have been dealt to by this guy before, and obvious he's memorable.

He was well liked by the poker community.

Really weird and confusing story, regarding his death.



This mess of a woman, who is only 30 years old, was swimming nude with two of Levine's brothers. Her name is Marjorie "Maggie" Fiora. She's homeless.

Joseph was inside the house cleaning.

The two brothers suddenly heard a gunshot, and Levine was on the floor dead. Marjorie was holding a shotgun, said "I have to kill him", and tried to run away. Before she got away, one of the brothers was able to get the gun from her.

She then broke into a nearby house (still nude), stole a dress to wear, and told the residents that her boyfriend was trying to kill her. She then ran off and was found in another home's backyard by police, and was arrested.

Sad story, but why was this crazy homeless woman swimming nude with the guy's two brothers?

The police report says that Fiora and Elvis Joe knew each other and that she would sometimes stay with him. Probably safe to read between the lines here. Elvis probably wasn't too surprised when wet and naked Maggie sauntered into his home from the pool while he was cleaning.

Joseph “Elvis Joe” Levine, 56, was shot and killed inside his Las Vegas home in the 1200 block of Franklin Avenue in early September 2014.

Levine, who worked the World Series of Poker for 25 years, wore dark black coiffed hair, sideburns, thick gold aviator sunglasses and an Elvis name tag when he dealt cards.

Levine was inside his residence while Fiora swam with two of Levine’s brothers.

Levine had occasionally helped out Fiora, who was homeless, with a safe place to stay, clean up and do laundry, according to court testimony.
