This fucking guy has been locked up since 1996 and has a life sentence with no parole for possesion of marijauna( granted it was 7 pounds but wtf) hopefully you guys sign the petition that I linked... this is a fucking disgrace

I didn't read the entire article but from the beginning of it I see he's a victim of the three strikes policy. That shit is LOL for weed but three strikes is a common thing in the drug game which in some places they count weed the same as something like cocaine.

Sort of sad but he probably should have looked for technicalities to get released on years ago. Freeway Rick Ross moved hundreds of millions of dollars in coke and found a way out being illiterate when he went to prison teaching himself to read and finding a technicality so had this guy either been represented better or been wiser maybe he could have got out of it.

With that said, punishments that fuck over someones life for weed are completely asinine and that is coming from someone who don't even smoke it.
