Many here listen to podcast and Adam Carolla has fought and won against Personal Audio (patent troll) when they withdrew there claim against them, unfortunately we will not hear about the dirty details of the case till the end of september as per the settlement agreement.
Personal Audio Claim that Carolla's podcast is to small and not worth the effort it would take to win the case.
hopefully this it the end of this kind of shit these patent troll's need to burn.

Carolla is awesome. I love the guy. I listen to 3 of his podcasts every week. I have been to his live shows at Amalfi in LA. I bought the Mangria and took a picture with him. He is great. He does tell some of the same stories over and over again, but we forgive him for that.

Used to listen to him with Dr Drew when I lived back East.. You could almost sense Adam wanted to ask the tough questions like "So how long have you been a whore??? Are mommy and daddy proud your going to graduate with a degree in STDs??"

I consider Rogan a living testament to the perils of recreational drug use.
