"You run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole; you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."

Jeb Bush is surprisingly high. I would *love* for Rand Paul to get the nomination. When people start really digging in his closets, shit will be hilarious.
Probably like 6 months ago, me and a buddy were walking through Reagan. Rand and his wife kind of merged with where we were walking and she had to use the restroom.
He was kind of standing there like the typical indecisive dude. My buddy joked with him that even when you're trying to become the leader of the free world you still don't know whether to stand there outside the women's restroom like a chump or if your wife will get pissed if you wander off because God knows how long she'll be in there.
He kind of laughed and opted for wandering off and followed us into the airport shop. My buddy is to the left of Dennis Kucinich, but he was pretty good friends with the President of the Nevada Libertarians a few years back, and was friendly with Wayne Allyn Root through his friend, so he shot the shit with Rand for a few minutes over mutual acquaintances. I didn't really engage him at all, but he seemed like a normal enough guy and wasn't overtly arrogant or anything. Pretty charismatic for the most part like most politicians.
His wife came out and he took off. My buddy was like, "Christ, did you see that fucking toupee. Thank God, or he might actually be able to win." Having a glorious full head of hair I never notice that shit, but my buddy assured me it was horrible.
That's my Rand Paul story.
There is a huge recruitment effort right now for Mitt Romney. Everything he said about this disaster in the Oval Office is coming true. When Obamacare implodes in 2016 he will have huge momentum.
He is saying he is not interested now, just like Nixon said up until 2 years before the election. Nixon lost twice (1960 and 1962) and came back.
Romney is going around the country helping out Republicans. At age 68 in 2016, he will be the elder statesman which after this community organizer, this country will be ready for.
The hilarious thing is Obama's main constituency has become progressively worse under his tenure. Just look to Ferguson MO on how hope and change has worked.
LOL Mitt Romney.
"You run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole; you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."
Yeah, in 2012. Dude is done. Watch the Netflix doc. The Republicans can and should do better than Mitt.
"You run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole; you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."
And Mitt may have gotten 47% of the popular vote but he got his ass handed to him in Electoral votes. Mitt won't be running.
"You run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole; you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."
You are correct. But if Obamacare implodes, and all studies suggest it will, Mitt will be a serious candidate. If you look at Nixon history, he kept a low profile and began campaigning for Republicans and it worked. Romney is doing the same thing, perhaps. Instead of Vietnam it will be Obamacare in 2016.
Sometimes the unlikely candidate if the likely one. Nobody expected Obama in 2008.
I think we can all agree Obama has been an unmitigated disaster. Bush also was pretty terrible. Enough blame to go around.

PRESIDENT JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., THE GREAT AND POWERFUL
At least with Ron Paul, you got a guy that would stand up for his beliefs no matter what. He'd take the tough questions and just state his ideology. There is honor in that.
Rand Paul is another shitty politician. He changes with the weather on every issue. Most recently, pretending he didn't call for the end of aid to Israel, but there's plenty of other examples.
Although, it would be fascinating to see Rand Paul versus Clinton, just to see what inroads Paul makes with Democratic doves and what inroads Hillary makes with Republican hawks. I do know that Clinton would get truckloads of dark Republican money to beat Rand.
Sadly, the GOP is well on its way to becoming a regional party. Its base will be white, Christian, gun-toting, southerners. Middle of the road voters across America are becoming tired of the guns, God, and gays agenda. They want economic prosperity. They want problems solved. Republicans are increasingly viewed as obstructionists who are unwilling to compromise. They play to their base. That is fine in Tennessee and Wyoming, but won't win in the key states needed to win the presidency.
I say sadly, because I believe in conservative principals, ie. less government is better. Although, I am a Democrat, I come from a family of Goldwater Republicans. My problem is that I have never seen Republicans reduce government spending in my lifetime. They love to cut taxes, but they never cut spending. That is a fact.
