I would sooner trust a site like Bovada, which is operating illegally, but at least has well over 10 years of mostly-good reputation and stability behind it. (I do hate the anonymous tables, though.)

Todd, What, if any thoughts you have on their payment processor Finpay.net? I've read some on PT and I agree with you it appears they are going it alone without CA legislation passing. To be honest the Indians have always done it their way in Ca. or so it seems.
