Oh and Micon lied a ton when talking about me... asking if I got value is irrelevant.. I did not get what was purchased, so no, i did not get my value... my add was not up for an extra month it was up for a total of 21 days as well.

Also, Micon saying he has heard from other people that I am shady is his entire interaction with 4Bet and nothing else...

Also, this is an ethics debate, saying a contract is invalid is a legal debate, going against your word would be unethical.

Micon's logic about you was totally off-base, and I'm surprised that someone as smart as Tony B didn't question him on it.

Micon kept asking, "Did he get value out of his $100?"

The answer is a resounding NO because Micon insulted his site instead of promoting it.

Micon says, "Sponsors know what they're signing up for when they advertise here", but that's not true. Micon has not insulted previous sponsors, including very shady ones like Reefer Poker.

He insulted Jasep because he personally disliked him and felt threatened by Filthy Limper.

Furthermore, Filthy Limper didn't do anything to deserve the insults. It's not like they cheated people and Micon felt he had to speak up, sponsor or not. He just needlessly insulted the site. If you are going to insult the sponsor, you shouldn't take money from them for advertising, or at the very least it should be 100% clear to them that you will be insulting them instead of promoting them.

So whether Jasep paid $100, $10, or $1, he didn't get value because having the site insulted is NEGATIVE value, and one that most businesses would not want.

How Micon can accept advertising money from someone and still call himself "ethical" is beyond me.

And in regards to my situation, Micon is hiding behind the "My wife's an attorney, and she says the contract is invalid", and won't explain further. He even went as far to say that nobody besides an attorney has the right to interpret the validity of the contract.

He won't explain why it's not valid.

He won't explain why, legally valid or not, he feels it's ethical to break his promise and his word.

All he has to say about this incredibly shady situation is that his wife the lawyer agrees with him, and that everyone should trust and consider him ethical without further question.

This is typical scammer-speak, and it's hilarious that Micon spent years insulting UB for engaging in the same double-speak regarding their scandals and dishonesty.

The liar makes all kinds of excuses as to why he can't directly address the issue.

The truthful person wants all of the details out in the forefront for the public to see.

I'd give myself a C+. I feel like I had Micon reeling a couple of time but failed to finish him. His strategy of of stream of conscience nonsense was somewhat disarming.

I always thought Micon had a good sense of humor, but he didn't seem to understand that my comment about law classes was a fucking joke. I should have mentioned the fact that I am a vice president of one of the largest mortgage companies in the world and look at and evaluate contracts every day.
