"You run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole; you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."
Negligible chance he was thinking about going transgender then had a change of heart after losing his cock? Nah, it's Alabama, the doctor probably sneezed and took too much of during the circumcision then tried to even it out like a barber.
He will get millions from an Alabama jury to compensate him for his future paid and suffering. All his lawyer has to do in closing arguments is point out that he will never be able to fuck his sister or his pet hog again.
I remember this story. There is a lot more and CNN is really over sensationalizing things. I am pretty sure the guy had a malignant cancer on his penis, was advised amputation was necessary, and even signed off on the procedure. Also, this is a real old dude with lots of health problems. Ha ain't ever having sex again regardless. This is probably just a money grab by some attorney and the man doesn't know what the hell is going on.
Really shoddy reporting by CNN.
Anyone surprised? Complete bullshit.

An Alabama man's lawsuit claiming of having his penis amputated during what was supposed to be a routine circumcision is total junk, according to motions filed on behalf of the accused doctors.
An attorney for the Birmingham doctors accused of pulling off the botched procedure filed two motions Tuesday seeking to dismiss the suit and sanction Johnny Lee Banks' attorney, John Graves, AL.com reported.
Attorney Mike Florie argued that the claims in Graves' lawsuit entirely "lack any basis in fact, and their allegations are entirely false."
Florie further accuses Graves, along with Eversole Law, LLC, or either having known this or having been in a position to have known.
Graves' suit specifically named two doctors at Urology Centers of Alabama and Simon-Williamson Clinic.
"These actions by the patient's attorneys are reprehensible and have harmed two outstanding and dedicated doctors, and their professional groups," Florie said in a statement.
Backing up his defense, Florie argued that Graves hadn't reviewed a single medical record relating to his client before filing his suit. It's a claim Graves admitted to while speaking with the press last week.
Graves allegedly requested the medical records four-working days prior to filing his lawsuit. His request was then only fulfilled after his suit was filed, according to the motion citing the doctor from Urology Centers.
"This conduct by Mr. Graves and Eversole Law, LLC is on its face irresponsible and unethical," Florie's motion reads.
Graves, who did not immediately return a request for comment from the Daily News, told AL.com that he continues to support his client.
"As to the motion for sanctions, I will be filing a response in the near future," he told the paper.
