The problem with a test is if someone fails the test it will destroy their self esteem and ruin them for the rest of their lives. Is it really that important that we find out who the best is? Of course not. The least qualified can do the job just as well as the most highly qualified can, maybe even better.

I liked tests when I was in school. During semester I would barely skate by(except for math. numbers were not hard for me.) Then study hard for a few days & blow out mid terms & finals. Teachers never knew what to think of me. Truth was, I was just lazy for most of the year.
