Lately there seems to be more and more attention about these scumbags who pretend to get run over by cars to collect fake insurance payouts. Not sure if this is increasing or if there is just more awareness because of the prevalence of dash cams. Anyways you can find tons of dash cam videos catching people doing these sorts of things but rarely do you see something so ironic as this...
