one too soon and two im conflicted by this i predicted on skatz that tyde wouldnt be eating lobster anytime soon due to being scarred by cruise ships or the fact he feels a kinship so i feel vindicated, three so they let you take a picture of their lobster on your balcony and were like this is totally normal, four is the first time this has ever happened in the history of civilization

I sailed on deep sea ships as a Chief Cook and Chief Steward for the better part of 7 years and spent 9 months in culinary training specifically designed around working in large industrial kitchens aboard deep sea container ships. I have a bakers certificate and shipped as a department head for almost 2 years
I have forgotten more various cooking techniques, sauces, recipes and eating food in general than you can even imagine.
