NEED HELP PLEASE

So I just went to play PS4 and it wouldn't connect to the internet. So, I tested it and it said my pw might be wrong. So i went to set it up again, and the password isn't connecting. Which is weird because Im on the wifi on my ipad cellphone and macbook. So I go on my phone and forget network and reopen it and type in the pw, and it ALSO says wrong PW.


SOMEHOW on this macbook I am on I am still on the network and downloading. How the heck could my pw gotten changed and who do I contact or how do I change it? It was the pw that came with the router

Also there is a file in the trash called install_flash_player_osx_ppapi.dmg and when I try to empty the trash it says that file can't be deleted because it's running. How do I stop that? I feel like it's a virus. I thought Macs don't get virus
