As most of you know I scored a pretty nice 2 bedroom right on the beach with an amazing view.

Place is fully furnished. I'm on the top floor right below the roof deck. Short walk to an incredible panoramic view. I usually take my 5 minute breaks when I'm in a tourney to go clear my head.

I have a 6 month lease and have a big extra bedroom. Seems like a shame to waste it

I pay 500 a month in rent, but all bills and utilities are in my name and included in the $325.00 rate

neighborhood is quiet and very close to Walmart, Home Depot, Office Max...internet is fast.

I honestly don't give a shit if I rent this bedroom out or not. I would prefer to live alone...but hey...it could be fun, and I'd rather chop my rent in half.

maybe even install a couple of webcams, and do a podcast once in a while

of course there will be an informal screening process and I'd like to speak with you on the phone and try to get a feel for your general demeanor, sense of humor etc

cable TV and internet is all set up. gas stove. in unit washer and dryer

there are two full beds in the extra bedroom and you will have your own private bathroom with a partial ocean view and your own balcony

I will be able to add you to my lease as a resident to get you back on Stars.
