Looks like poker pro Johannes Strassmann was murdered in Slovenia

Basically, the guy disappeared on June 21 from Llubjana, Slovenia.

He was with a group of people there, and "walked away from the group", and hadn't been seen again.

Police just found a body in the river there, and while it hasn't been positively identified as him, it's highly likely to be.

Weird story. No word on any theories as to what happened.

Nothing points necessarily to a murder at the moment. Nobody knows right now.
It can be, but it is also likely he just fell in the river and drowned IF it is his body that was found like it probably happend to another german pokerplayer last year in croatia while he was at the EUREKA poker tour.

It is now confirmed that the body found in the river was Johannes.
No signs of violence as far as anybody knows. Police stated the cause of death is drowning not murder.
