Looks fake because it's see-through elevator, meaning it was probably designed to go really fast and "wow" the people riding it.

Also, I've never heard of elevators going too fast. I've heard of them falling, getting stuck, and catching fire, but never going way too fast.

Not sure what you mean by "see through" elevator? In the video the elevator doors are clearly opening while shooting up.
