With the recent reported surges in online bullying... such as the case of Rehteah Parsons... law makers have been trying to make revenge porn a criminal offence. Unfortunately critics argue that the new laws will do little to stop cyber predators. Particularly in that it does not include "selfies". Essentially as long as Micon is not producing the pornography, he can post as many pictures of Drexel as he likes, or any other former businesses partners... Luckily many lobbyists are looking to make amendments that would invoke a "Micon clause". Unfortunately until that time comes there is little that can be done to stop Micon's reign of homosexual porn...

Revenge porn seems to be all around the world lately.

So, let's say you find out that you got betrayed and you're so angry that you post your ex on beeg, http://theporndude.com/ or some other ex-gf site. What's the worst that could happen then ? A $300 fine ? Jail ? And what if you use like a proxy/fake ip or something or a state/country, where this law doesn't exist yet ? How can they know who uploaded it ?

Depending on what your ex did, I think many guys woudn't care and gladly pay the money for his revenge. Certainly a betrayed husband who still has to pay support cash to his ex-wife.

The law still has to be worked on. There are 100% assholes out there for sure, but in other cases you might sympathize why the guy did it.

Just think about it yourself. What would you do, if you find out, if your wife/GF cheated on you after many years ? I hope I'll never have to be in such a situation. :s
