There are no limits on entries in any wsop events
Not so fast.
They have capped the $10k HU tournament at 256 in the past, and they also capped certain days of the Main Event when they got too popular.
If this guy's friend heard 1400, that might be correct.
I will try tweeting this to @WSOP and ask.
Called Rio and confirmed no limits on entries. Limiting multi day entries is not the same as not being able to play to enter due to a cap. A heads up event naturally has limitations by nature of tournament structure.
