Cleveland & Minnesota swap #3 & #4. The only was this makes sense is if Cleveland was worried about aminnesota dealing with someone else first. Minnesota and Cleveland didn't seem to be targeting the same guys? Great deal for Minnesota assuming they still get Kalil at 4 and can pay him slightly less plus get additional picks.

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

Cleveland wants Richardson, Vikes basically threatened to trade with someone else who also wants him, and were able to get a 4th, 5th and 7th from Cleveland.

As a Viking fan, I think they played it well. They can use those extra picks to try to trade up later in the 2nd round if theyre targeting someone.

First few picks go as expected. Will Minnesota trade back again?

The Rams seem to be employing the strategy of trying to continue to trade down until they own every pick in the 7th round...

This is exactly why mock drafts are retarded. Picks 3-7 have all been traded so far!

Draft is also much more entertaining now with the new CBA, teams are no longer afraid to trade into the top 10, since they don't have to break the bank anymore to sign them. There were only 11 first round trades the last two years combined, already 4 so far here, and we're only at pick 7.

LOL @ the dolphins. There's the biggest reach of the draft. If Barkley wouldve came out this year, Tannehill wouldve been a 2nd round pick at best. Actually, if Miami didn't take him there, he still probably wouldve fallen to at least late first round.

Damnit! I was hoping Kuechly would fall to 11!

No way he ever gets past 11. Romeo wouldn't have let a talent like that go.

We got stuck with Poe. I hope he ends up being Heloti Gnata instead of a Haynesworth.

This draft is working out perfectly for the hawks. At least 4 guys they've been targeting are still there, it wouldn't surprise me to see them move down again.

15 of the 17 draft choices in the Schneider/Carroll regime are on the team and 7 of them are starters. Pretty damn good.

I'm not either, I thought if he was, the 49ers would trade up for him.

Would you consider Christian Ponder a reach last year??

Draft "experts" say yes. We won't know until Ponder is either good or sucks

One person who I am sure is not a happy camper tonight is Colt McCoy. I am not sold on taking Weeden with a 1st round pick though.

China is right. But yes Bootsy, I thought he was a bad pick last year at that spot, although I like what I've seen of him so far. Last year was a situation where after Newton, you had 5 other qb's that noone really agreed on the order of who might be better. Minny, Jax, and Ten decided to take 1 of them in the first round, Cincy and san fran decided to take another position and take whoever lasted out of those qb's in the 2nd round. I'd say for them that worked out well, with cincy getting AJ Green and Dalton, and SF getting Aldon Smith.
