Actually maybe it's better not to contact DN about this? If he clearly stated "summer" already and is unintentionally limiting himself to events dated 6/21 or later, wouldn't that make it a much more juicy +EV bet for the "anti-" crowd?

I'd actually be slightly tempted to stay quiet given this ambiguity actually seems to work in the "anti-DN/Ivey" favor.

Well if DN is going to demand $5K minimum wagers on a single prop bet, and no one's been entirely sure whether it was just the Rio, or summer after 6/21, or what have you...it's a careless mistake not laying out the precise terms up front when wanting big action like that. Who knows how much action these guys have taken in so far with such ambiguous terms still floating around?

This ambiguity raises a lot of interesting questions, but it wouldn't seem fair to Druff to cost him 'reputation' just because he caught a careless mistake. That's on DN & Ivey, not Druff.

Another thought to consider:

Phil Ivey just finished taking down millions of dollars from the Borgata and in Great Britain by exploiting an "edge sorting" angle on the backs of cards at high-stakes Baccarat games. He was exploiting a careless mistake by the casino to carve out a huge +EV niche for himself.

Most people seem to agree it's OK for Mr. Ivey to do this, and it's OK with me, too.

So when DN and Ivey come out offering the bracelet bet for Summer, why would we not be allowed to carve out a +EV niche through a glaring ambiguous mistake DN made on Twitter soliciting the general public for potentially millions of dollars in total action ($5K min. $1 million max bet)?

All's fair in love and war and gambling, isn't it? Why would there be a double-standard in this case when a wagering party makes a careless mistake?
