Nonetheless I wanted to ask for help anyway if anyone happens to have any ins/outs; all of the hotels in the area are booked solid, and as of now (10:20pm CST) her plane isn't scheduled to leave until 10:30am CST! I feel SO bad for her and I feel so helpless being over 2 hours away. I wish I could find her someplace to sleep or something but that isn't looking good.


I know this is likely to be a pretty pointless thread/question considering the current circumstances, but I feel compelled to at least try. What say you PFA?

So as you can maybe imagine, it is going to be a big shitstorm of headaches to leave right now (with my 5 year old son sleeping) drive, pick her up, bring her back, get my son to school, then have to get her back to Ohare tomorrow in time for the next flight - I would be willing to do it for her in a heartbeat if it made sense, but she agreed that it really doesnt make sense
