So tonight I'm sitting at dining room table finishing work for day. I look up and see a black group home man from down the street just standing on my sidewalk. He starts coughing and then falls to the ground. Some neighbors gather around him and call 911. They look at me through the picture window like why the fuck won't you not out here. I'm thinking I deal with sick shit all day long fuck this shit in my off time.
