Alright, probably a bad idea but I'll bite.
Sonny, what is this? I'm not asking sarcastically - I'm seriously puzzled by this whole writing-an-old-timey-detective-story-on-a-poker-forum angle.
You might not get so much hate if you provided a little context. So, a few questions:
-What is this?
-Why are you writing it?
-Do you write as a profession?
-Why post it here?
-Why are there screencaps from other movies?
-Is this story a secret code for something?
Depending on your answers, I may have follow up questions.
I'm retired and down South of the states The Shrink.
This is home.
As a kid in the 50s and 60s I sat in a closet with a box black and white TV with a 12 inch screen watching movie after movie about Westerns and Film Noir. My mother wasn't happy about it but she always knew where to find me.
The screencaps from other movies are a collage to tell the story with a theme from the movie ''Criss Cross'' made in 1948 but done much differently as I tell it.
The story will tell how one man who wanted love and one woman who wanted money destroyed themselves trying to get it.
No I don't write as a profession but I have sold one story to Universal and woud like to pitch this to them when I'm through.
And I post it here as I can use the tools here and edit.
This isn't a secret code or joke but something I love doing.
Hopefully I'll be able to get some more up today as I've been working around not being able to get some photoshop pics lately from b-72 who said he would help me but hasn't responded to me in well over a week.
From where I am I have to travel 20 miles to get to a PC so it isn't easy when I constantly write at home and dream about my stories.
And I like the word ''bite'' you use and may try to put it in the story.
I'll send you some stuff, check it out and let me know if you can help.
And like I said if I sell this anyone who helps me is going to get a cut. And I mean $$$ as the story I sold to Universal I got a good price for working on it for 5 years work. But more than that it'll be 0.5% percent of the gross if it hits the big screen. Which could add up to well over a million dollars.

Oh and one more thing. This story here at PFA is going worldwide as I'm pitching it at facebook, every forum I visit , and every police department I can find as they dig this stuff.
