I've started rewatching season 5 and all I can say is I'm already disappointed in season 6.
I'm very efficient like that.

The parts that I liked, I really liked, and kinda just ignored the other 75% of the content. But rewatching... yeeeesh..

Was I the only one having The Shining flashbacks when the Red Witch took off her necklace?
i actually laughed at how genuinely stupid and meaningless that entire sequence was. it was literally like, "wow ok wait, so we ARENT doing that whole story arc with Dorne? well.. fuck it.. i guess ah, we just like, kill em. ok moving on."
and yes the bodyguard was basically a superhuman killchef who reallllly wouldnt let these murderous chickenheads hang out behind him.

Uhhhhh and why was Trystane magically back in his room in Dorne to be conveniently offed there? Wasn't he on the ship with jamie and etc?
EDIT: just went back and checked last seasons finale to make sure. Yup he was on the boat. The sand snakes are not on the boat. There is no rational way he was back in Dorne without...you know....his dad knowing wtf happened. Holy fuck continuity fail.

This was pissing me off so I was flipping between the three scenes (tonight, s5 ep 10, s5 ep9). It sure looks like at the end of last season that standing on the dock are the 3 sand snakes. Apparently trystane's death is on the boat...i missed that.....but there was no mention made (visually or verbally) of the 2 chicks going with....nor would they have being that they were in the jail as well after, you know, trying to kill Jaime and Bronn.
So basically I was wrong a bit in my last post. They didn't magically transport Trystane back to Dorne, they magically transported the other 2 sand snakes onto the ship.....and then conveniently forget this is on a ship with Jaime Lannister and his recently deceased daughter.

I'm sure their mother could easily get them out of jail, since she was planning for coup we can assume she had support of military/guards or just bribed them out. And then the part where they hide in the boat for the whole trip from Dorne to whatever the big city is called, we can go with the traditional they hid under the bed or in the closet, or if you still have issues with the suspension of belief department you can go with the specially built secret compartment that's normally used to smuggle goods. It all makes perfect sense (it's mostly just lazy writing).
