Ive been feeling this way too in regard to the poker table and cards designs and the t shirts and hats. We need to settle on one design for the logo (with copious apologies to the Mrs), and use it for all the various items that the site produces. I for one am leaning toward the crystal skull idea or a chrome one, but I am game for a blue theme as well. Just so long as it's uniform across all products.

Regarding the skull: I like the original idea being used right now with the spade and club for the eyes and the upside down heart as the nose. I also don't want the skull to be too dominant where it takes over the logo. If you look at the one right now, it is about equal in prominence with the Poker Fraud Alert printing.
As far as what type of skull and how it fits into the overall design, I'm open to a lot of possibilities.

Lesson #1 when trying to create a business identity and, quite honestly, if you were doing work for someone out in the real world and took the liberty to recreate their logo when all they did was ask you to design apparel, advertising, etc it is a one way ticket to "GTFO-ville".
I agree with the above. In fact, I much prefer the ORIGINAL playing cards on the NoFraud Poker site -- those with the new black/grey table and background would look better, and would match the pokerfraudalert logo on the top left of every page of this site. (actually, for the shirts, why not just copy that exact logo and color scheme? I'd wear that.)
