2 suspects, one down.

One suspect -- a white male -- fleeing a in a grey 2011 Toyota Camry 4 door.

Police are doing a "blood run" to get blood from banks to bring back to the scene.

For those not familiar with the size of bases like Fort Hood, they can be huge. Fort Hood itself is 340 square miles.
