This is actually one of the reasons why the "protect the children" thing is such BS. If he used his dad's credit card, it would be discovered by Daddy within a month anyway, and that would be that. No gambling addiction would be able to develop in that short of a time.

I disagree in that a gambling addiction can develop in less than a month, but by the same token as you say, next time Daddy uses his credit card and its declined its pretty much sorted.

Those people ,who make them are not dumb ,as we ofthen thend to say and they dont make fail adds.
They just dont target people who know a lot about online poker ... thats all.

Their goal is to convince ordinary people ,who know nothing about gambling, that its dangerous to let this thing go online... and they just use lies ,fear and insecurities to achive that (just like in any add ever made) because its the most effective way of making adds.
Hate to say that but this add (as well as the others) is very good and might have an imapact on ppl in a short run. Some people might actually fear to try this online poker thing... Of course Adelson will lose eventualy , but he is not stupid and ppl who work for him are not stupid either , they might do some damage for sure :-/
