so ive been really trying to up my milksteak game and break out of the more standard milksteak/jellybean paradigm.
what type of sides do you guys eat with your milksteaks?
also im trying to move to low fat milk (2%) but it always tastes watery. i tried reducing the low fat milk over a low flame before boiling the steak in it but then dont i just end up with regular milk with less water in it?
what internal temperature do you boil your milksteaks to?
