Does anyone keep a rating system on Friends and how much you would lend them?

How wrong am I here? I tend to rate my friends on how much money I would lend each. My typical bar buddies that I meet for happy hour tend to be in the $100 range, if they ask. My old college friends that I only run into a few times a year the same. Most of my old high school friends are pretty wealthy and very trusting so if I had it there isn't much of a limit. Now my current close circle of friends that I have known 10 plus years is a few thousand. Most of these people do not gamble and don't understand the gambling mentality. The strange thing is I've lent and borrowed thousands to/from people I barely know but see in the poker game every week. My ultimate list is the people I would trust to keep a million cash for me in an emergency. I can say that beside my parents I have 1.5 people on this list. Is this a sick way to look at friendship? Since these people tend not to gamble this would be for life issues not to get unstuck.

The list isn't actually written it's just a mental note.

Micon is not gambling with lots, but investing.
