Thanks to Druff I am hoping to get my refund too.

A few episodes behind on the podcast (I am one of those "archives" people Druff is always talking about), but I had the same issue Todd had with my Full Tilt remission. When I finally called today, they found my original petition in about 15 minutes and I was able to agree and submit. Hopefully, I will be in round 3...
