In theory yes, but can she make the cut without burning her body in the process? She is pretty big at 145 so I'm not sure. I honestly think for her it would be better to have a tune up fight at bantamweight before going after Rousey. Should also be noted that she has only fought twice since failing a drug test in 2011.

You may have answered your own question. She is off the juice to get this fight, and because of that, she may cut weight much more easily. Pretty odd, I was just talking about this cyborg chick last week wondering if she'd ever fight again.
